The WomX Entrepreneurship Academy was created in partnership with Startup Tribe to provide a free learning resource for women in business. WomX now joins a global network of online Entrepreneurship Academies spanning 421 cities and organizations across 27 countries. 

In South Africa, participating cities include Cape Town, Tshwane, Ekurhuleni, Mossel Bay, Stellenbosch, George, and many others. The academy offers free, self-paced courses, allowing businesses to select and complete programs that best suit their needs. 

The academy was launched to ensure that women-owned businesses can access valuable business development content at their own convenience. Our analysis of over 600 business diagnostic reports, including more than 50 businesses in the WomX Accelerator, highlights the critical need for skills development alongside funding and market access.
